Today was a rough one. Dustin hugged me before he left for work, and then I lost it.
The dogs got into several more fights, and of course it happened after I was 300 miles away. It was really stressful not being there for Ally, and not knowing whether our dogs were ever going to be able to be in the same room again.
I think the last time I cried was when I blubbered on our wedding day.

It’s very strange being home, but not feeling like it’s your home. I guess it’s not really my home anymore, it just has some of my things inside of it.

Also, having two Monster energy drinks within about 4 hours of each other is not very conducive to avoiding pitstops. But sometimes you just have to say fuck it and power through the pain.

No Comments »The dogs each went to the vet today, mostly as followup for their fight over the weekend. Hannah got a tooth pulled, and Bonnie got a lump removed from her gumsĀ (unrelated to the fight). Fingers crossed it’s nothing…
Dogs on anesthesia are hilarious. They sway a lot and stare off into space for hours. Poor pooches.
